How Do You Find Happiness?

How do you find happiness? Well, let me tell you a story.

A young man was listening to the speaker at his high school graduation. The speaker told of a lady one day bringing a cake by the church building where he was a minister. She wanted the minister and his family to have it. He thanked her and she left.

It wasn't time to go home so he set the cake down on a table near a window. Some boys were playing in a vacant field next to the window. They often played in this lot. He noticed that soon they saw the cake. He walked out, invited them in and shared it with him. They all laughed and enjoyed eating together with the minister. Such fun.

This man said that months later he was still enjoying that cake. The graduate said that a generation later he was still enjoying a cake he had never seen or tasted. But he learned a great lesson. Happiness is found in sharing.
